We're investigating a problem with broadband line not able to log in to us. This will be affecting brand new and lines that have dropped in the past hour and are now unable to re-connect.
Lines are able to connect now, those lines that have been unable to connect should reboot their router.
Wo do apologise to those customers who were caught by this. There was a configuration error during the process of setting up additional LNS routers.
