Fault Description:
Barring & Unbarring Commands issued from PEGA to Chordiant to OSS are getting stuck
We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution.

General Update Due to the following incident P2 - INCUK0011132900 / 100124175 - Issue: TalkTalk have reported that LLU orders are stuck in an accepted state its caused a huge backlog of requests and orders The backlog is expected to be cleared by Midnight tonight Post that we expect all customers bars impacted to have been removed

Resolution Update This incident has been caused by INCUK0011132900 / 100124175 - TalkTalk have reported that LLU orders are stuck in an accepted state. All communications and investigations will continue via the afore mentioned incident. This incident will now be closed
