Incident Closure Technical / Suspected Root Cause: Service resumed after a 3rd party network issue. Reason for outage has been been confirmed by Virgin Media as a fibre break which has now been repaired. Resolution Details: Service restored without TalkTalk intervention. This incident is closed.
