Fault Description: Customers at the affected exchange will be experiencing a loss of data and TV services for the duration of this incident.
We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution.

-General Update- Our engineer has found no fault with our equipment, we have pushed issue to Openreach who have discovered a failed Adva card, they are currently tasking transmission engineers to sit to replace/repair the faulty card. Updates to follow once information becomes available. Further information will be provided within the next update due time.
-Incident Closure- Resolution Details:To restore service an Openreach engineer replaced a network card at the exchange Technical / Suspected Root Cause:Adva card failure This incident will now be closed.
