    -Service Restoration- Service has now been restored. We are completing final checks and any related incidents have been passed back for re-test. RCA and Resolution details to follow.

    -Incident Closure- Resolution Details: Some MPF customers connected to Mortlake exchange experienced a Total loss of services following a troubleshooting action due to a pre-existging cabling issue. Cabling has now been corrected and all services have been restored. Technical / Suspected Root Cause: Crossed Backhaul Fibres This incident will now be closed.
