We are investigating a disruption to service at multiple exchanges in East of Scotland (ES).
Fault Description: Openreach backhauls are flapping.
We are currently working to identify the root cause and implement the appropriate resolution.

-General Update- Still awaiting to hear back from Openreach, however the backhauls have been stable for nearly 2 hours now. Further information will be provided within the next update due time.
-Incident Closure- Resolution Details: Service restored without TalkTalk intervention Technical / Suspected Root Cause: Openreach suspect the flapping was caused by a fibre disturbance within their network. Backhauls have been stable since 14:43 This incident will now be closed.
