One of our "voiceless" VoIP servers has gone offline. We are moving traffic over to the working server.
VoIP services are running on our "B" VoIP server. Datacentre staff are carrying out initial investigations on the faulty device.
The VoIP server is back online. We are carrying out further investigations before bringing it back in to service. Apart from some disruption before 9AM, our VoIP service should be working for everyone.
The call server has been bought back in to service.
This is the first time we've seen this particular problem and we'll be adding more debug logging to a future software release to help identify the cause of this type of crash.
