Due to a problem with the recording of usage data we are removing download and upload stats for some lines for some days. Where usage data was affected it was only affected for an hour but we have decided out of caution to remove the entire day within which this hour occurred. The problem days are from the 24th to the 28th of June, so customers may notice the control pages reflect no download or upload stats for some of these days. Graph data is unaffected. Because of usage based tariffs this does have the potential to affect billing, but it only positively impacts bills due to removal of legitimate usage along with problematic data.
