Due to the problem this afternoon with one of our BT interconnects dropping, we have a larger than normal number of circuits on a single LNS. We are therefore needing to force lines that are connected to 'A.Gormless' so as to spread the load evenly over our pool of 29 LNSs. This will happen at 17:30 and will mean customers we have who are on A.Gormless will see a PPP drop and reconnect. We are needing to do this at short notice and at this time as otherwise there is risk on congestion for those customers.
