At 01:15 we saw a large number to CityFibre connections drop, there was also some high latency at around 1AM before they went offline.
This was a CityFibre outage due to them carrying out emergency maintenance.
Service was restored by 2:45AM
All our CityFibre Circuits were affected by CityFibre emergency planned work causing them to be offline for 80 minutes from 01:20 on 11th May. The notification we had for this work was received the afternoon before, but only listed one circuit (who we notified). We have fed back our disappointment with the lack of notification as it meant we were not able to warn our customers that the overnight work was taking place and to expect an outage.
