Our billing system has sent out emails to some customers regarding Cancelled Direct Debit collections. These have been sent out in error.
I seems some customers DD collections set up for 1st June have been "cancelled" and will be rescheduled, probably for 8th June. We apologise for any inconvenience. The underlying cause is being looked in to.
A change has been made to try and avoid this happening in future. Affected customers will get the full 5 working days notice of a collection, sent tomorrow, meaning collection on the 8th. This should then return to normal collection on the 1st from the following month. You do not need to contact accounts.
