Our monitoring has picked up a large number of BT circuits disconnected at 13:43. We're investigating
Most lines are in the process of reconnecting. Cause still being investigated.
We've lost all traffic on two out of four of our links to BT - oddly, two links are in separate datacentres. These are resilient links, so traffic will reconnect/move on to the remaining links. UPDATE: this does make sense as this 'pair' of hostlinks would terminate at the same point at BT's end even though they are at different datacentrres at our side. Our working pair of hostlinks would then terminate at a second location at BTs end. We'll clarify this when discussing this with BT.
Issue raised with BT. Our customers who were affected have reconnected.
BT have identified a potential fibre issue between Stepney Green and Upton Park, they have engineers tasked to investigate. This is affecting other service providers. As these 'Hostlinks' are dual/resilient connections, customers still have service.
The two links are back in service and traffic levels on them are back to normal.
