At 11:20 we saw a number of customers drop and reconnect. We're investigating the cause.
This was caused by a network problem on our end. We're still investigating the root cause, but whilst some switch ports were being shut down, we experienced packet loss over one of our BT host links for a few seconds which caused some BT connected customers to drop their connection and some others to had a few seconds of packet loss. The switch pair in question is still being investigated. Further work like this will be done out of hours.
