Some of our L2TP customers have experienced a couple of drops this afternoon. We're investigating the cause.
The drops at 3PM and 4PM are attributed to a database migration that we were performing at the time. The migration didn't happen as cleanly as we had planned, and a side-affect was that our tracking L2TP sessions got upset which meant our L2TP sessions were reset.
We expect the service to be stable now.
