We had a number of LNSs in Telehouse fail - it's taken a bit of time for services to be restored
It's looking like most lines have reconnected - either via our LNSs in the Equinix datacentre whilst some of the Telehouse LNSs were offline.
Due to many customers reconnecting to a different set of LNSs there will be some overnight work to re-balance lines. Customers will see a drop and reconnect of their line in the early hours of Wednesday 23rd.
Three of our eight live LNSs lost power causing customers on those to drop their connection. Many customers reconnected fairly quickly, but due to the number of LNSs out of action normal fail-over was hampered and needed manual intervention to re-route traffic. Further investigations will take place.
