We'll be performing overnight software upgrades on our pool of LNSs and L2TP/BGP routers, starting Tuesday 20th May. One LNS will be done per night, and this involves moving lines between the LNSs and upgrading when lines have been moved off. Customers may see a PPP drop and reconnect in the early hours of the morning this week as this work is carried out.
We're pausing the LNS upgrade whilst we investigate an IPv6 prefix delegation problem. Customers who were moved over on Wednesday morning to the upgraded LNS (A.Gormless) will be moved back in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Our upgrade process will be restarted. Starting with our l2tp.aa.net.uk routers on Friday 6th June, and then our LNSs and other BGP routers starting from Monday 9th June.
