We've had another database problem overnight. Services are working, but changes to some settings (eg Email and VoIP) will be delayed this morning as the database catches up.
We would like to apologise to customers who have been affected by our database problems this week. The main affect has been some delayed emails and delayed control page setting updates.
We are suspect of a recent kernel update causing this, but we are still investigating. We have today reverted the kernel version on the Hypervisors. This is in addition to reverting the kernel on the database servers themselves earlier in the week.
The database was up to date by 11:35.
