It hasn't been very long since our last round of software upgrades, but we have new software we're wanting to apply. We'll be performing overnight software upgrades on our pool of LNSs and BGP routers, starting Sunmday 13th July. One LNS will be done per night, and this involves moving lines between the LNSs and upgrading when lines have been moved off. Customers may see a PPP drop and reconnect in the early hours of the morning this week as this work is carried out. Upgrades to our BGP routers will also happen overnight but should have little to no impact.
Due to a problem affecting IPv6 on CityFibre circuits we are upgrading some of our LNSs a second time.
This work is still ongoing this week, with a few more overnight upgrades required.
