We're investigating reports of network problems - investigations are underway
Things are back to normal, and we're investigating what the problems was.
One of our core switches crashed/restarted, which looks to have have caused problems. Investigations continue.
Some BT broadband lines were affected by this, and most had recovered by 07:47, with a smaller number reconnecting a little later.
Our network is stable at the moment and we're continuing to investigate the cause.
