One of our carriers is currently experiencing connectivity issues with their service (again). Their engineering team is investigating this issue.
From Carrier: Mitigation measures have been implemented by our Voice Engineering team that have resulted in positive improvements in voice performance.
From the carrier: Unfortunately the loss of connectivity issue on the SBC, leading to degraded voice performance, is still ongoing and some of the calls are affected.
From the carrier: This incident is still ongoing and our SBC Vendor is working closely with their ISP in order to implement permanent fixes to avoid further recurrences.
The problem has improved somewhat in the past hour or so and we're seeing incoming calls connect OK.
Closing for now, as calls have been working ok for the past 22 hours.
