We'll be performing routine overnight software upgrades on our pool of LNSs and BGP routers, starting Monday 23 February. One LNS will be done per night, and this involves moving lines between the LNSs and upgrading when lines have been moved off. Customers may see a PPP drop and reconnect in the early hours of the morning as this work is carried out.
Upgrades to our BGP routers will also happen overnight but should have little to no impact.
This set of upgrades is taking longer than usual as we have some extra steps to take. We expect LNS upgrades and router upgrade to continue though to March 20th.
Our pool of LNS routers have all be upgraded. We have more BGP routers to upgrade, this will happen during this week (wb 23rd March)
Our L2TP routers will be upgraded during the early hours of 26th, 27th and 28th March. This will cause connections to drop and reconnect a couple of times between 3AM and 4AM
