CityFibre are investigating a problem with our new interconnect that's not working. We don't expect there to be any problems, we're posting this just to make customers aware it's an 'at risk' period due to work happening on core fibre links.
This work has been completed without any incident. Patching via a different ODF port at City Fibre's end has brought this link in to service.
