We're investigating a problem with customers accessing their email on our older email servers, eg timeouts or errors in their email programs whilst trying to read or download email.
The problem is relating to one of our back-end file servers, which we're restarting now.
The file server is online, and we're performing checks before bringing back the email services.
Customers should be able access their emails again now. Emails haven't been lost, but some are queued and so there may be a delay in some arriving in your inbox.
Email services have been working as normal for a while now, and queued mail has caught up. We do apologise for the inconvenience. We are continuing to move customer to our new email servers as per status post: https://aastatus.net/27530
