We have reports of SIP2SIM customers unable to make calls from the SIM but that calls to the SIM are working. We're investigating.
The mobile carrier is showing an error when trying to send calls to us - we've raised this with them and are awaiting updates.

Calls were working again at around 14:30 on Monday. the carrier will be sending us a 'Reason for Outage' later in the week.
