From TTB Preliminary investigations are underway with our engineers to determine the root cause of this network incident. At this stage we are unable to issue an ERT until our engineers have completed further diagnostics.
Engineers are on standby and replacement hardware is expected for delivery at 17:35pm
Technical / Suspected Root Cause Card failed, engineer attended and replaced card to restore service.
