We're investigating a network problem that looks to be affecting access to our Maidenhead datacentre - this will be affecting VoIP and access to the Control Pages.
Maidenhead is back online.
We have a plan to change some of our configuration to workaround the problem and to help us discover the root cause.
Our first set of modifications was done on the evening of June 30th. The problem occurred again on 1 July at around 02:25 but did not affect the VLANs that we we had previously modified.
We will be doing the same modification on the remaining VLANs on the evening of 1 July.
The modifications in https://aastatus.net/41003 have been made. We'll be keeping a close eye on Maidenhead and will take further steps if the problem happens again.
This is the same problem that has occurred a couple of times now and we're investigating the cause. We'll keep this post open so as to track this problem and what we're doing to fix it.
