For Broadband customers, we have dual links to BT in separate datacentres - BT have planned work for the links we have in the Harbour Exchange datacentre (Equinix LD8) on 28th April betwen midnight and 6AM. This will mean that we will be running on just our links in Telehouse. We have enough capacity and customer should not experience any loss or deterioration of service. The work takes place on the early hours of 28th April, but we'll be moving traffic to Telehouse the day before.
We'll be moving traffic away from the links that this planned work affects shortly.
Traffic has now been moved. We'll await the 'all clear' from BT before moving traffic back. This should have no customer impact.
We have enabled the links to BT that we shut down for their PEW (which then didn't happen)
