At 2pm L2TP customers experienced a drop and reconnect of their service.
Customers reconnected by 14:07. The cause is likely to be hardware related on the device (it's a a very early model FB9000). We will move customers on to the backup L2TP router overnight and replace the hardware during the day on Wednesday.
